Easy access to the upscale Design District, Downtown Miami & Miami Beach! This fully-equipped, self contained cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike! This fully-equipped cottage has been custom designed for maximum space utilization with style! -- upscale finishes and furnishings, perfect for 1-2 guests. The cottage has a separate off-street parking space. The courtyard entrance is private through a separate gate and fully fenced. The private outdoor area for the cottage is also separated from the main house by landscaping and is a great place to privately enjoy the outdoors while you're relaxing at home. We're always available by text, and can be there in-person, within a reasonable time, if you need assistance. Our historic waterfront neighborhood of Bayside is located in Miami's MiMo ("Miami Modern") district! Many of the streets are non-through streets, making it a very quaint walking area, yet providing easy walking access to the area's nightlife. We welcome you to relax & enjoy our private outdoor lounge area, the great local restaurants & outdoor eating/drinking areas, our local bayfront parks, farmer's markets, etc.! Very walkable, plus Miami bike share, Uber & public bus service options are easily accessed. Off-street parking is provided for guests, should you have a vehicle during your stay. Please enjoy the cozy outdoor space adjacent to the cottage. However, the main house is tenant/guest occupied, so please also be respectful of their side of the property and private rear yard area.
