Light and fresh first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more. Other things to note Pets must be approved by host prior to guest's arrival. Only one (1) house trained pet with current vaccinations will be considered. If we agree to allow a pet, there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $75. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property caused by their pet. Pets are not allowed in pool area and must be kept on a leash. Non-disclosure of a pet by a guest will result in a $125 fee (per pet), plus damages (if any).
