Clean pets are allowed anywhere in the downstairs area but in NO OTHER areas of the house. There is a door separating the downstairs from the stairs leading upstairs. Pets do require an additional security deposit, so please inform me if you plan on bringing your pet(s). NO parties and NO fireworks permitted on the premises. Guest access Everything in the house is available for your use. You can use all of the toys and books, as well as anything else we leave out for your convenience, including kitchen items. Other things to note This is an older home. We have made select upgrades. Otherwise, you will see design choices that are a few decades old.
