This is an extremely special property, spanning 40,000 square feet of greenspace and two newly renovated structures totaling 5,000+ square feet of indoor space, all crisply air conditioned by 20 tons of AC. The Virtual Reality room-If you want it set up and accessible is an additional $200 a day charge. It is SOOOO WORTH IT! The XBOX areas are all free to play. The Living room is vast, perfect for lounging or socializing with various couches strewn about , an eclectic mix of artwork throughout, computerized lighting (see Amenities below) and a perfect sound system and gaming tv station.. Off the living room are both the Gaming Room and The Bar (see Amenities below). The flooring throughout the Main Residence is easy to clean tile, or rich, deep plank woods that are spill resistant. The Kitchen is both spacious and beautiful, outfitted with deep chocolate wood cabinetry and featuring every imaginable modern kitchen amenity - stainless appliances, large side-by-side refrigerator, double oven, two wine chillers, dedicated ice maker, standalone water cooler, breadmaker (great for the holidays), toaster oven and four burner cooktop – which prove essential for preparing group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Plates, glassware, silverware and cookery are abundant, meaning Decadent Oasis is truly a home kitchen away from home. You can utilize the home right away without having to run to the grocery for certain items upon arrival. Off the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 10 people. The Day/Night Transitional Ambiance While Decadent Oasis is a wonderful place to stay during the day, it transforms into a magical oasis at night, overflowing with cool ambiance. The terrace is candlelit, the pool glows in changing colors by programmable LED lighting embedded in the pool and led lit palm trees which dance to the music, the sound systems are clear and perfect, the moon and stars twinkle in the night sky. The artwork and sculpture installations throughout the compound come alive at night and the escape room maze experience is available by request only. The lighting throughout the house is optimized, while our guests are surrounded by family and friends. So much of our incredible feedback from guests describes the aesthetic beauty of house at night. Lastly, the Living Room features a giant red communal table. The Lush Grounds & Amenities Decadent Oasis is both – an over the top setting for guests, and an oasis of calm. The home has a large driveway which accommodates up to 17 vehicles, with lush landscapes of green grass and 5 varieties of indigenous, native trees adorning the gardens and property perimeters. The backyard is completely walled. POOL – There is a large, deep, non heated swimming pool in the backyard with an embedded LED lighting system. Aside the pool are comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing and covered cabanas, tv and awesome sound system, home and alexa. The pool is 100% professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring it’s crystal clear. OUTDOOR TERRACE – The expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect chill-out lounge for large groups, completely outfitted with pillows, daybeds, separate seating and a huge marble-inlaid table to accommodate lunch spreads or nighttime cocktails. The easily-washed tile flooring extends all the way to the BBQ area and also downward to become the pool deck. GAME ROOM – The game room is perfect for entertaining & playing games, featuring a large, top-of-the-line gaming console and Virtual reality alienware vive system Available by special request only and plenty of seating space and big tv monitors. This room features digital art display, ambient lighting and a dedicated sound system. THE BAR – Between the Game Room and Living Room -liquor stock from the owner is NOT PROVIDED-please provide your own liquor and beverages to consume with uber/prime now. LED LIGHTING SYSTEMS – The palm trees in the backyard, the pool, the living room, and the grounds have incredible, independent LED lighting systems. THE AUDIO VISUAL SETUP – The home is wired for sound, with separate audio equipment servicing speakers throughout various zones, with various volume controls and inputs. Bedrooms feature Flat Screen TV’s, Apple TV controllers, Netflix, Hulu and 575 pre-purchased movies & music for quiet nights or rainy days. THE OFFICE DESK & COMPUTER + WIFI – The entire compound features high speed wireless internet. And for those who may need a dedicated workspace or ethernet, there is a desk, a Windows-based computer and color printer / fax / scanner located in the north hall. THE LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a separate enclosed laundry room with high-capacity front loading washer and dryer STANDARD STOCKED ESSENTIALS – Oasis management strives to keep the house reasonably stocked with essentials such as bath/body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, beverage mixers such as sodas, club soda, tonic, plastic cups, napkins and trash bags. Also, bath towels and duvet covers are professional-grade cleaned between guests. Bringing towels isn’t necessary. The house is amazingly central to everywhere else you want to be. the house is located 2 miles (less than 10 minute drive) from International Airport and 3 miles from Las Vegas Blvd. (the strip) (10-12 minute drive) and 13-14 minute drive to the convention center. - There's no need to count children age 2 or under as guests; there's no charge. Kudos to you for bringing your little bundle of joy to such an exciting city! Other than this exception, there's a maximum of 16 occupants/visitors unless otherwise approved in writing. Please reserve for the correct number of guests staying. Regrettably, if there are more than 16 occupants on the property without having made pre-arrangements in writing with us in advance, the reservation will be immediately cancelled with zero refund and you will lose your security deposit. We have a zero tolerance policy for party animals! - Please bear in mind quietness is a virtue and noise levels are expected to be lower after 11pm and before 7am. We would be grateful if you could be diligent in maintaining a volume that won't disturb the neighbors. If the LVMPD are called to the property due to a noise complaint, a fine of $1000 will be levied for breaching the peace under NRS, and/or a $250 fine will be levied for nuisance or noise pollution offences under NRS Municipal Code or Clark County Code. - Please do not smoke or vape in the home or anywhere other than outside at the pool and tiki bar area. A violation of this policy will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. - Punctuality and cleanliness are highly regarded in American culture, and it's important for the cleaner to have enough time to clean and show up for their next commitment on time. Regrettably, a late checkout that hasn't been arranged in writing will result in a $1500 fee. - Please don't disturb or disable the pool door alarm, Nest smoke / carbon monoxide detectors, humidity sensor, wifi routers or exterior security cameras. These are for your safety, but also for our insurance policy. No wet wipes of any kind in the toilet. Any violation will result in a $250 fee. - As a guest, you're responsible to pay for any damages or covered losses made by yourself or invitees that accompany you. Please treat our home with respect. Surveillance or recording devices on property - There are 6 exterior cameras on the property for your safety, and indoor common area cameras. There are NO cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.
