Sanctuary in Seattle! Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom home with great roommates. No frequent turnover of housemates, 30 day minimum stays and most people extend month to month following initial stay. Home is very clean and set up specifically for renters. I don’t stay in the home or keep any personal belongings there. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook. Cabinets and refrigerator shelves are labelled for each room! The space The home is very quiet and clean and your privacy and space will be respected. At the same time, the other housemates are kind and friendly. There is plenty of space to be able to use one part of the common areas while another person uses a different part. For example, one person can use the kitchen while another uses the dining room, living room or patio. The downstairs of the home is rented separately to other long term AirBnB guests and they don’t share the upstairs. Each guest is provided with hand sanitizer, toilet paper, laundry soap pods at check in. Following the first month, guests are responsible for buying their own paper products and soap. After your initial stay, the room can be rented directly. Groceries and toiletries can be also ordered and delivered to the house before your arrival. Ask me for details. Ama Zon Fresh can deliver groceries straight to the house as well as Insta cart etc. This room has a full bed and new Ikea mattress, new drawers and new desk. Strong dependable WiFi. Enjoy the beautiful kitchen that has ample designated space by room in kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. Plenty of street parking and one driveway spot available first come first serve. Walk to 125 bus to downtown. Washer and dryer in hallway, free laundry! Do you want to live sustainably and eat freshly picked garden vegetables? Grow a garden in the backyard! In June I left a garden with beans, chard, cabbage, brussel sprouts, squash and collard greens. Keep it watered and you can start picking collard greens daily and make a salad. Plant radish seeds and a few weeks later you'll have endless fresh salads! There are plenty of seeds available for you to have fun gardening and grow your own food. There is also a wonderful co-op garden 1/2 block away that you can pick fresh vegetables from daily (Delridge Co-op Grocery-search for it on the internet). If you want to reduce waste going to the landfill, the home has both a trash can and recycling can in the kitchen (guests are responsible for taking turns taking bins to outside trash cans). You can reduce landfill trash further by composting. Green compost bags are available and a plastic bin in the freezer can be used to store compost before taking it to the outside bin (the exterior compost bin is green).
