The cottage sits at the back of a gorgeous park-like property, and is near parks with hiking trails. This antique cottage has many modern renovations, providing convenience and comfort while maintaining the historic charm. This is the perfect getaway! The space The entire cottage is available to guests exclusively, as are the patio and yard areas to the west side and back of the cottage. Note, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking and baking. There is a Nespresso Vertuline Coffee and Espresso maker and a milk frother for lattes and cappuccinos. Some pods are provided, however, you may want to consider purchasing additional pods (www.Nespresso.com) or you can also use the Mr. Coffee coffee maker & filters also provided. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage as well as the patio and yard areas to the side and back of the cottage. There are also hiking trails near the cottage. Other things to note The cottage sits at the back of a nearly 2 acre property and adjacent to land trust property which includes several reservoirs. There is abundant wildlife to be seen and heard - right from the cottage. Wild turkeys, deer, foxes, rabbits, pheasant - even the occasional (and less welcome) raccoon, skunk and snake - have been spotted. While it’s a very safe place, you should maintain awareness when you are out in the yard and more so on any trails.
