New Luxurious LakeFront Lodge- Sleeps 20

Welcome to Starshine Texas! We have a brand new, luxury lodge located on 23 acres in Houston, TX. This spacious home is located within walking distance of a beach-front lake with multiple outdoor shared amenities. With it being just a short 20 minute drive from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport and 15 minute drive from downtown, this place is a great opportunity for Corporate meetings, Family reunions, Team-building retreats, and much more! The space The lodge is over 10,000 SqFt of new construction. A unique home that includes a fully-equipped Gourmet kitchen, 150" Theatre, chandelier lit 40-seater dining table, loft, bar, great hall, screened-in porch, 3 private bedrooms, and 2 semi-private bedrooms. We have 11 beds, a queen futon, and two floor mattresses. Our lodge can sleep up to 25 people. Bedrooms: Our three private bedrooms are very unique and Texas-themed! Each decorated and styled based on famous Texas landmarks. The NASA Room: Explore the stars and take a trip out of this world. This room has a queen size and a full size bed. Sleeps four people at two-per-bed. The bedroom has a full bathroom with a roll-in shower and side railings to assist with ADA needs. As well as a 55" TV. The Alamo Room: With a king size bed and a queen size futon it sleeps up to four people at two-per-bed. Decorated in a western motif and includes a 55" TV. This room has a walk-in shower. The Astrodome room: Dedicated to the teams and sports that played in the Eighth Wonder of the World. The room is equipped with four full sized beds arranged as large bunk beds. It can sleep up to eight people when sleeping two-per-bed. Enjoy sitting in actual stadium seats salvaged from the real Astrodome. The room includes a walk-in shower and a 55" TV. **The lodge does not have a bathtub** The Theater: The theater designed after furniture found on Richard Branson's Necker Island. Instead of chairs, there are 4 king size beds! Two Eastern kings and two California kings. This room accommodates up to eight people if sleeping two-per-bed. This room does not have it's own bathroom or a back wall. You will have curtains you can open and close for privacy (see pictures for better understanding). The Loft: You will use our spiral staircase to ascend to this unique location as it is above our bar/living room space. There are two large, soft, cow print bean bag chairs that turn into two queen size floor mattresses. Overall, the loft can sleep up to four people if two people sleep per floor mattress. The loft does not have a private bathroom. Two Additional Half Baths are available off the main area and include electric Japanese-Style Bidet toilets. One of the half baths includes a changing table. The Kitchen: Our spacious, top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen comes complete with three ovens. A Steam/Convection Oven, a Convection/Microwave Speed Oven, and a Microwave. The main range is a gas 6-burner cooktop with a 24" griddle perfect for pancakes. The Island contains a state-of-the-art induction range and a popup vent hood. The two large Thermador refrigerators also contain a drawer freezer. Let our built-in espresso/coffee machine automatically grind your beans fresh and prepare you the perfect morning beverage. We include Electric Mixers and large food processor, along with more gadgets to prepare the perfect meal. Whether you want to cook for yourself, hire a personal chef, or even have a cooking class, this kitchen has plenty of space to accommodate! The bar: Our bar has it's own ice machine, two bar refrigerators, two kegerators, and two bar guns. Our bar gun includes: Cola, Diet Cola, Lemon-Lime, Doctor, Root Beer, Sweet and Sour, Unsweetened Tea, Tonic, Soda, and Water. To use our bar gun, we charge an additional fee of $10/guest. If you wish to use the kegerator, you will need to make prior arrangements and there is an additional fee. But lucky for you, Spindle Tap brewery is less than a mile away. Great Hall: The back half of the house is a huge 2,500 sqft open area to use as meeting space, a dance floor, or whatever your imagination can create. This is the perfect space to host your own event, have a corporate meeting, do a fun team-building activity, or have a wedding reception! We keep little-to-no furniture in this location, but have a large supply of Chiavari chairs and tables to give endless opportunities to our guests! Note: Any event that would allow unregistered guests on the property is an additional cost and must be coordinated with our staff in advance. Back porch: You will love our lake-view back porch! Snuggle up next to our wood burning fireplace or enjoy watching the game on our 75" outdoor TV. Dine on the back porch while taking in a beautiful lake-view meal at our 14-seater dining table, or just relax the day away on our porch swings and rocking chairs. It is only a short walk down the stairs to Starshine, TX's lake and amenities! The Courtyard: Enjoy our 5,000 sqft courtyard of mud-free artificial grass that surrounds a Greek Italian-Marble Gazebo. This location is the perfect spot for events, or to enjoy your morning yoga or exercises. Note: Events that allow unregistered guests require additional fees and must be approved in advance. The Beach-front Lake: When renting a property on Starshine, TX you will have access to Starshine, TX's lake and it's amenities. The lake and amenities are shared amongst all guests and is not exclusive unless you are renting the entire property. (If beach is rented for a private event, you will be restricted from entering that area until the event has ended. You will be notified of any private events upon check-in. Private events are rare and normally last less than 4 hours. If you would like to rent the beach for your own private event or private access, you can so at an additional fee). The lake includes a 12 person hot tub, beach volleyball, 3 tiki cabana's, a tiki bar, canoes and paddle boards. ****A signed waiver is required before rental of this property**** Parking: Our parking can accommodate roughly 60 vehicles. If hosting an event, we highly recommend using a Rideshare Company for larger gatherings. **Events are not allowed unless prearranged with our Starshine Team and at an additional cost. Please let us know what you are planning, and how we can accommodate** Other things to note Cleaning Crew may access the laundry room on the first floor but will not access the main living area.
