Island Treehouse - Monthly Rentals Only

Peaceful Island location. Fully furnished -don’t bring your furniture. No Pets. Located in the center of a nature preserve/ bird sanctuary. Beautiful area to walk/bike/observe birds. Walking distance to popular fishing spot at the county park. Short drive to beach, local restaurants and shops. Stunning views, three levels of patio/deck space. This is a private home, only made available for rent when the owner is traveling. You may not bring your furniture or storage items. The space The fully furnished home has three levels with three bedrooms (one on each level). Two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. There is a King bed in one room, a queen bed in another room and a twin bed and futon in the third room. The main floor living room is very bright and airy with many large windows looking out in to nature. You may not bring your own furniture or storage items. The house is not suitable for children - adults only. Pets are not allowed. There is no washer/dryer but launderette near by. The owner lives here when they are not travelling so all of the furnishing, artwork, books, dvds, kitchen supplies are the personal belongings of the owner which are made fully available for the renters' use during their stay. Please be respectful and clean. Absolutely no parties or gatherings on the property. A maximum of four guests only. All guests must provide identification prior to check in. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage. There is no washer/dryer. Other things to note Available for monthly rentals only
