Join us for a comfortable stay at our family-owned boutique inn/motel. Our inn blends classic 60s style with modern comfort. Make yourself at home in one of our rooms. The property was built in 1959 and was originally a Travelodge. We’re located across the ASU campus, one block from restaurants and nightlife on Mill Avenue fun and less than one mile from Sun Devil Stadium. The space 1. All Non Smoking rooms. Very comfortable mattress. One bed for up-to two people. 2. Inquire directly for rooms with multiple beds for an additional cost. 3. Free parking onsite for one vehicle per room. 4. No Pets. As much as we love our furry friends, they will need to stay home. 5. Just a friendly reminder we are not a house or condo, this is a motel which we have converted into a boutique inn. The outside is under planning for redesign. Guest access 1. Guests are required to check-in with the lobby staff upon arrival. 2. We require a valid government issued ID. 3. You will be provided with keys once we check you in. Other things to note 1. Please be respectful with noise and of our other guests on property. 2. No unregistered guests allowed without ID. This is for the safety of everyone on our property. 3. This is private property and we monitor the outside with cameras. 4. Everyone must checkin with the desk prior to entering the rooms.
