Heated bathroom floors, large walk in shower, cozy living area with TV, Four Seasons mattresses, work space, and kitchenette. Easy connection to the World Cup matches! Walkable location located a block from Macrina bakery, Malina’s Tacos, Ken’s Market, and Targy’s the local dive bar. And only a short walk to Queen Anne Avenue for more restaurants, yoga studios, stores, and amenities. No smoking or vaping. The space A fully renovated two bedroom apartment with unique charm. This is a full daylight basement unit and has 7ft ceiling heights. Those folks who are gifted with height may find the height to be less than ideal. Two large bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The kitchenette does not have a stove but offers a hot plate for those that want to cook. In warmer months a grill is also available. The backyard can also be enjoyed by guests with a new outdoor dining set. The front patio has a table and two chairs for enjoying our beautiful tree lined street. This unit is in my home, I live in the upstairs portion. Guests can access the shared access laundry room for any mid stay loads. The laundry room is the only shared space, otherwise spaces are fully separated. Feel free to send me a message with any questions! Guest access There is a private entrance through the backyard to the unit. Guests will be given a code to use on the keypad to access the unit. Other things to note Parking can be a hassle in Seattle. However, this part of Queen Anne has no limitations on street parking and generally one can find a parking spot within a few houses. For those coming for the World Cup! It’s easy to get to the stadium. There’s a bus right around the corner from the Airbnb. There are also two other buses close by (~3 blocks), you can also jump on scooters and bikes and get to/from matches! Checkout requirements are easy, just let me know when you’ve checked out.
