Only a short drive into the village of Watkins Glen, where you can enjoy the Finger Lakes State Parks and the beautiful waterfalls, gorges, hiking trails, and more. The Watkins Glen International Racetrack is only a few miles away. We are just a mile away from Mini Mart Convenience store/Gas Station, and 4.5 miles to the Walmart in Watkins Glen. The Watkins Glen International Racetrack is only 8 miles away. Gas grill on the back deck. Picnic table and a corn hole lawn game. Gas fire pit and lawn chairs. NO smoking in the house. Smoking outside only. Ashtrays are on the deck. NO Pets allowed. No Fireworks. No Fireworks. No late night loud noise that would disturb the neighbors. Lawn maintenance usually happens midweek, weather permitting. Window air conditioners in each bedroom. Space heaters, if needed. One level ranch house, with minimal stairs up to the decks/entrances to house. Keep the driveway in front of the barn, open for 24/7/access. The maintaince crew needs access to the barn at all times..
