The space This cozy home comprises a beautiful living room with a kitchen and eating area. The laundry room and 1/2 bath are also located in the first floor for convenience. The kitchen storm door offers a dog door. 2nd Level Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, a second bedroom with large closet space. A full bathroom is also located in the second level. The yard offers an incredible two-tier deck with plenty of seating and a fire pit for your entertainment and outdoor gatherings and it follows social distancing protocols. The large backyard is fenced in for privacy. There is parking space for two cars and street parking as well. PETS Bringing in a dog? Only small dogs under 30 lbs are welcome. We require is a copy of their vaccination certificate and a $150 non refundable pet fee. Any other types of dogs only after review and approval with additional fee per each dog and security deposit that will be refunded after inspection of property. You will love to stay here! Guest access You will receive your unique code on the day of your check in. Before you enter your code, two numbers will appear on the lock screen, be sure you press them, in any order. The lock pad will then display all the numbers and you can press the code assigned to you. Door should unlock after full code is pressed.
