Welcome to my Happy Place! My home is on the corner of a cul-de-sac in a desired, quiet, residential neighborhood in Urbana. Includes two bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, open concept living/dining area. High speed Internet great for remote work. Near University of Illinois, restaurants, grocery store, walking distance to Parks with lovely walking path behind the house. Perfect location for guests needing a short or long-term stay! The space The entryway and living area include beautiful parquet flooring with locally handcrafted furniture. The cathedral ceilings with track lighting create a great room to relax in. Enjoy a show on the new 50" Smart TV. Hulu is provided or you can log in to your Netflix, HBO Max or other accounts you have to watch shows. Reliable, High speed Internet included to watch TV or if you need to work. The open concept living/dining area includes a beautiful 1920's refurbished dining room table & chairs. You will enjoy the natural light and view from the big picture window! Café style Kitchen is furnished with full appliances, microwave, basic cooking equipment and utensils for cooking! Enjoy the Coffee Bar with Keurig and a variety of Coffee Pods. A Hot Pot & tea bags are also included with light snacks. The Master bedroom includes a Queen Bed with new mattress and is decorated with a beautiful solid Oak furniture set painted in white for a magnificent shabby Chic look! Includes a large dresser, vanity, nightstand with lamp, and sitting area. The vanity in this room can also be used as a desk/working space by closing the mirrors. Includes walk-in closet and full bathroom attached. There are patio doors leading you to the spacious shared Patio with patio table & chairs, Charcoal grill and a privacy fence. The second bedroom includes a Cozy Queen bed with new mattress, closet, dresser, nightstand with lamp, desk & office chair for working, sitting area and full bathroom across the hall. Shared laundry room is available for extended stay guests staying more than seven nights. Parking is available in the driveway on the right side next to the entrance of the home and on street in front of home. Garage is not available. Other things to note I live on the other side of my home, so you may see me out and about in the yard. The Laundry Room is a shared space available for long-term guests staying at least 7 nights. The Back Patio is also a shared space, but I give guests privacy during their stay.
