Description
This charming teeny house is a custom built (6’x12’) teeny tiny minimalist camper situated 5 minutes from downtown Ashland and I-5. If you’re over 6’, expect your head to touch the ceiling. It is simple, clean and bright. There is a ranch across the street, the bear creek flows nearby and grizzly peak is visible. It is parked between the garage and the hedge and close to a shared "luxurious" outdoor bathhouse with hot shower. It is quaint with a super comfy twin bed meant for only 1 person. The space Your cute Teeny "hideaway" is cozy, clean, and quaint. You will enjoy relaxing here while feasting your eyes upon wildlife sweeping by in the grassy meadow or right by your window. The kitchenette is a small functionally proficient space with everything you need to reheat and store leftovers you bring home from Ashland's fabulous restaurants. It has a mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, plate, bowl, tea cup and drinking glass. We provide a variety of tea and a few essentials for your minimal kitchenette experience. It has AC for summer months and a space heater with extra blankets for winter months. You are a short walk to the shared bathhouse and situated around the corner from our other airbnb guest quarters. There are chairs and tables to sit at overlooking the creek and a path to get down to the creek if you desire. The large deck is also available for all to enjoy. You might hear the reggae band that practices in our garage recording studio a couple days a week for a few hours and other guests have said it was quite nice to groove to. The studio was built with soundproofing in mind and they stop playing at 8pm. Other things to note Please bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The walls are thin and we are near a semi-busy road and off in the distance is I-5 as well. :)
