Welcome to our seaside Cape-Cod-style home in Grantham’s Landing (Gibsons). Even though this is a new home, it has a classic charm and warmth to it with finishings and furnishings carefully selected, placing an emphasis on comfort, style and durability using all natural materials where possible. There are amazing views from every room and the home is tastefully decorated with high end furnishings, we aim to give a luxurious, one-of-kind AirBNB experience. The space Tons of natural sunlight and a view from every window. Very spacious and beautiful, comfortable furnishings. Fast Wifi, subscriptions to multiple streaming services, privacy and plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy. We have tried to think of everything to make this home as enjoyable, peaceful, fun and user-friendly as possible. The home is just over a few years old with deluxe, top of the line appliances and finishings. Solid wood floors, cabinetry, furniture and trimmings throughout. Natural stone finishings in the bathrooms with heated floors. A gas fireplace in the living room is there to keep you warm and cozy during the winter months as you look out onto the ocean and watch storms roll by through the Howe Sound. Smart home features such as voice controlled door locks, heating, lighting and security using either Alexa or Siri. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main living space as well as the front yard space and over 1000 sq ft of private deck space overlooking Howe Sound & Keats Island. The basement level of the home is the caretaker suite and is completely separated from the top 2 floors. It has it’s own entrance, it’s own parking, has an excellent sound barrier. There are no shared common spaces either indoor or out so privacy is guaranteed. Interaction between the guests and the caretaker will be non-existent unless requested by the guest. Other things to note A private Mooring Buoy is available for those coming in by boat (summer months only) 4 guests maximum, but there is room for a crib or pack n play in the master bedroom if you are travelling with an infant. There is a 40amp EV charger on site if you drive an electric vehicle. TAXES: -8% Provincial Sales tax and 3% MRDT taxes are collected and remitted to the local tax authority by AirBNB at the time of booking. -5% GST is collected and remitted by the owner, as required by law, which is accounted for in the "Vacation Resort" tax.
