Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (with the exception of one storage room), the large parking area in front of the detached three car garage and the boat dock. Guests will not have access to the interior of the detached three car garage, the detached shed, nor the storage shed down at the boat dock. Guests will not have access to the boat lifts but can tie their boat up to the dock that is supplied with safe bumpers - no wakes in quiet cove. Other things to note After successful booking and prior to arrival, owner will provide tenant a digital access code for entrance to the property. No keys required.
