Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and the house is filled up with amenities. 1st Floor: kitchen, living room, AC 2nd Floor: bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer, Heating (fan provided) 3rd Floor: master bedroom, balcony, bathroom, AC 4th Floor: rooftop deck PARKING: One city-issued street parking permit available for use (Note: Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and depending on the time of day, can be hard to find. If you would like a guaranteed parking spot, there are two open-air parking lots directly opposite the townhome complex but they require payment ($4 for 0-2hrs, $15-20 for overnight). Guest access The entire townhome is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. Other things to note - The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. There is no extra blanket/comforter, but only extra clean linens. - Please note that as mentioned in our house rules, parties and events are strictly not allowed. Where parties/events are found, unexpected cleaning costs will be charged accordingly. - Also please note that even for non overnight guests, Airbnb does NOT allow anyone to visit who are not on the itinerary. This is due to Airbnb insurance policies as well as due to various Airbnb restrictions. For any additional guests visiting, please reach out to us! And unfortunately there may need to be additional charges. Thank you for understanding, we are only trying to follow Airbnb restrictions. - Pets: Well-trained dogs are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow dogs on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing dogs. A $50/dog one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. - Quiet hours begins at 10pm - All guests must verify their identify with Airbnb by submitting a government ID and provide at least two forms of communication (e.g. phone and email) - Due to difficulty with weather conditions in Seattle, our cleaner does not clean the rooftop patio. Please consider the rooftop patio like an outdoor space, everything inside gets throughly cleaned, but outside is only occasionally maintained and is reliant on previous guest’s manners. Thank you!
