Take the day off from sightseeing to hang at the cottage for a lazy afternoon of sipping wine, sunning, or reading that favorite book. Do a little kayaking. Jump off the Dock for a casual afternoon swim. Walk up the hill and take a peaceful walk through the countryside surrounded by vineyards. Walk beside the railroad track for some great berry picking. At night don't forget that campfire on the beach for marshmallow roasting and story telling. You might even see that Full Moon Rising! Saturdays it's fun to head across the lake to the Ithaca's Farmers Market. Another great day trip is the Corning Museum of Glass or head north and check out Seneca Falls the birthplace of the Women's Rights Movement and the locks of the Erie Canal. The entire cottage, private beach,dock and kayaks our yours during your vacation rental. You have parking next to the cottage. Steps will give you access to your private beach, dock, Kayaks and camp fire pit. On your arrival the cottage will be stock with coffee, 1/2&1/2,OJ & breakfast treats for your first morning in case you have arrived late and did not have time to market. Wine, cheese, crackers. bottled water, cokes & candies in the refrigerator for you to enjoy upon your arrival. If you have any needs we live and own a marina in Watkins so we are always available if any problems come up. 7 miles north of Watkins Turn right at Rock Stream Winery and roll down the hill over the railroad tracks to your vacation retreat. Wineries, Breweries and Cheese Trail all up and down Rt. 14 You will need a car to get around. NOTE: Limo can be hired to pick you up at the cottage and take you touring.
