Welcome to our Summerville cottage!! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is completely renovated and ready for up to 6 guests. Our location is extremely convenient!! We are just 5 minutes from 1-26 with plenty of dining and shopping options just outside the neighborhood. Even with all this convenience, our established neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Our home is located directly across from a park with a duck pond and walking path! The space The living space is an open concept with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A large Smart TV is located in the main living area. Kitchen is fully functioning with oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, regular coffee maker, and toaster. Each bedroom has a closet, small dresser for storage and a smart TV. Linens, blankets and towels are provided. The house is stocked with a ‘starter pack’ of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. If you have a longer stay, you will need to be prepared to purchase your own once the initial pack is consumed. Guest access Currently, we ask that shorter term guests do not use the garage. Please do not open main garage door. Guests can access the rest of the home. Other things to note Please read thoroughly: Booking: - Booking guest must be included in the guest party and remain the entire stay. Absolutely no third-party booking. - Booking guest must provide host his/her Government ID if not already submitted to Air Bnb before booking will be approved. - Booking guest must be at least 25 years old. - No local guests - Names and ages of all guests must be reported before booking will be approved. - Booking guest must read and agree to House Rules before booking will be approved. - Refund policy is firm. - Early Check-in cannot always be guaranteed. If requested and available, an extra $50/hour will be charged. - Host will send check in instructions including lockbox code 24-48 hours prior to arrival. House Rules: - No one other than listed guests may enter the property at any point during your stay. Failure to abide will results in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. - Absolutely no parties, gatherings, etc. Failure to abide will results in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. - No loud noise or music outside. Do not disturb neighbors. Quiet hours are from dusk until dawn. - Parking – parking in driveway only. - No smoking/vaping inside. If you smoke outside, dispose of all butts and ashes. A fee of $200 will be applied if any evidence (including odor) of smoking inside. - Absolutely no illegal drugs or illegal activity on or surrounding the property. Failure to abide will results in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. - No fireworks. - No pets are permitted. $500 fee applied for each unapproved pet. - Booking guest is responsible for any purchases made during their stay on TV, Alexa, or any other smart device. - Please clean up after yourself during your stay. Feel free to use what you would like in our home but return it in its same condition and to its same location. Check out: - Check out is at or before 11am sharp. Fees will apply if party is not out by check-out time. - Late Check-out cannot always be guaranteed. If requested and available, an extra $50/hour will be charged. - At Check out: o Do not make beds or strip beds. Leave sheets/blankets on beds for cleaning team to handle. o Place dishes in dishwasher and start. Any other dishes, please clean and put away. o Collect all trash, including in bathrooms, bag, and place in outside bin. o Turn lights off, shut blinds. Set to thermostat to 74 during warm months; 68 during cold months. Lock all doors. o Double check that you have all your belongings. A booking request from guest serves as their agreement that they have read and agree to the house rules above. All house rules are in place to protect the property, its owners, our neighbors and both current and future guests. All rules must be followed by all guests of the party during your stay. Broken rules will result in extra fees and/or the removal of guests from the property without refund.
