Nicely Renovated 3BR/2BA + Loft Kings Beach Condo

Newly renovated 3BR/2BA (plus loft) offers modern amenities and plenty of space for everyone in the family to enjoy. We recently updated the condo and most of the furniture is new (mattress, pillows, bedding, table, kitchen supplies, grill, etc). We have a fully stocked kitchen and extra blanket/fans. Our condo can comfortably fit up to 6 adults and 2 children (the loft is small for adults) **Holiday weekends - Minimum 3 nights. Dec 22nd - Jan 4th is a 5 night minimum. We recently updated the condo and most of the furniture is new (mattress, pillows, bedding, table, kitchen supplies, grill, etc). The space was carefully designed for ease of use and enjoyment with ample room for large families or responsible adult groups. Bed/Bath The Condo sleeps up to 8 guests between the three bedrooms and the loft area. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms and bathroom that includes a double vanity and shower/tub. The master bedroom features a king size bed, new 40” TV and access to a deck. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with a queen size bed with a full trundle bed. The second bedroom also features a 32" TV. The second floor includes the ski bedroom (third bedroom), fully equipped kitchen, and living room with a gas fireplace and balcony. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with a twin trundle and a 40" TV. The Living room has large windows and a new 50 inch flat screen tv (Spectrum Cable & Roku). There is an electric grill on the second floor balcony (no open flames are allowed). The loft is on the third floor and is a perfect kids area. It has a twin bed w/twin trundle and a couch that folds down as a bed. Swimming pool & kiddie pool (summer only), tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, bocce ball, horse shoes are available.
