The space The house is very spacious, pet friendly and has a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are fully furnished. The house has two floors. The living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, 1 bathroom and laundry area are on the first floor. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the second floor. The living room and a second floor bedroom have smart TVs that operate on Wifi. Guests can also connect to Wifi via their mobile devices. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, desk, chair and walk in closet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Also it is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and cutlery to help you prepare and serve meals. In the kitchen I also provide a kitchen towel, dish towel, mitten, dish pad, extra trash bags, and detergent for washing dishes. I also provide laundry detergent for washing laundry. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. In a supplies closet I provide 2 thick queen mattresses , 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 2 flat sheets, an iron, ironing board, a hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. In the bathrooms I provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. The house has a big front yard and back yard. The front of the house has a porch with a bench. The front door has key less entry. There is a deck to enter the back yard. There is also a picnic table that seats 6 people in the back yard. The driveway of the house can be used to park at least 3 medium sized cars. Also free street parking for 4 medium sized cars is available. Guests will have access to all parts of the house except the garage. Guest access Guests will be provided the passcode to a keypad and WiFi password on their check-in date. Other things to note The Wifi modem is in one of the bedrooms.
