Beautiful home with view of Lake Loudon and Cumberland mountains. 2 Private rooms have a comfortable Queen size bed and a television with cable in each room. The 2 rooms have a Jack and Jill bath room to use. The rest of the house spaces are shared with host family, spaces include living room, fully equipped Kitchen, and laundry room. Enjoy the beautiful view while sipping you morning coffee in the Rocking chais on the front porch or sitting around the fire pit. Private bedrooms have a comfortable queen bed and flat screen TV with Cable. These upstairs bedrooms shares a Jack and Jill bathroom for the quest use. The host family lives on the property, so the rest of the house is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped, please clean as you go. The Living room has a flat screen TV with Cable. The Laundry room has a washer and dryer, please provide your own detergent. There are 2 dinning areas, also. The front porch has a swing and rocking chairs to enjoy the lake and mountain views. There is a fire pit area also that is great for hanging out and enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. The guests have access to 2 private rooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom for their stay. The kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch and fire pit outside spaces are all shared space with the host family. We live on the property, Host will greet you and show you the private rooms to be used and give you a code for the door for your use during your stay. The house is shared so we will see each other some but We give the guest space to enjoy their vacation; We have our own spaces to hang out. The Kitchen will be what we use the most. I am available for any questions about the house, if needed. Our house is locate about 30 minutes from Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. The Smokey Mountains are just an hour and 15 minutes drive away through the lovely Tennessee countryside. We have a public boat ramp located about 10 minutes from here. Parks, hiking trails and boat ramps near by. There is no public transportation available. Roads to our place have lots of hills and curves. Also, our private driveway is steep. Enjoy the fire pit I have fire wood available for purchase. The driveway is steep and may scrap lower body type vehicles.
