You have your own entrance directly from the driveway. You have access to the laundry room. Unit includes bedroom, bathroom and dining area (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes). There is no kitchen. Other things to note I enjoy being an Airbnb guest as well as a host! I only consider bookings as a host from potential guests with completed profiles (including photo and a bio with info about where they live, what they do, and their interests) and verified IDs. Also, because my Airbnb rental is a self-contained space in my home (I live on the top floor), I only consider requests from guests with at least one previous stay and review. To me, the Airbnb vetting process is an important way for me to feel safe while renting out a space in my home. Thank you for understanding.
