With three bedrooms (a king and two queens), a unique kids' loft with a twin bed, and a sectional sofa in the living room, this home can accommodate up to 7 guests. Any family traveling to Athens to tour UGA or to attend a sporting event, wedding, concert, or festival would be right at home. Love to exercise? The property is walking distance from Southeast Clarke Park, which includes pickleball courts, a running track, a hiking loop, the largest playground in Athens, a skate park, and a sprawling dog park. Two bikes are available for those looking to explore the area at a faster pace. Adventuring through the vast Cedar Creek subdivision is hours of fun with many possible routes (maps provided). Looking to try some local restaurants? Nearby places include Cali n Tito's, DePalma's Italian Cafe, Mama Sid's Pizza, and Little City Diner.
