The Airbnb is an en-suite, completely enclosed and private addition. Inside, we have a cozy bedroom with a beautiful sunrise beaming view, complete bathroom/ shower, full kitchen with cooktop, living room area with small dining table, and WiFi. The space is fully heated with its own thermostat. Guests will have a keyless entry pad to gain access to the property. We have a security camera pointed directly at the driveway for your safety and ours. Just a few minutes down the road we have a selection of grocery stores: Aldi, Price Chopper, Hannaford, and Walmart. A short drive away is Juliano Farms- a locally owned, greenhouse, bakery, and store which is seasonally opened. You'll also find an ice cream shop Papa Charlie's, Dave's which is a diner, a mini mart, gas station, and Dollar General all within a five minute drive. Within a 10 minute drive you can find yourself at one of many Utican favored restaurants such as Ocean Blue, Aqua Vino, Delmonico's, and many many pizzerias. Our favorites are Franco's and Charlie's Pizza. If you're craving coffee, Utica Coffee, Character Coffee, Good Vibes Cafe and Lounge, and newly opened Joseph Putrello Coffee. A car is needed to get around Utica. Otherwise, Uber will be your friend. There is very little public transportation. Amtrak also makes a stop in Utica, just 10 minutes away. We are nestled between two airports. Syracuse Hancock International Airport one hour away, and Albany International Airport one hour and 15 minutes away. Cleaning up is appreciated but not expected. To help, you can: -please do not strip bed sheets as part of COVID-19 cleaning protocol. Used towels can be placed on bathroom floor. - Wash dishes that you use. Note: Knives, pots and pans must be HANDWASHED. -trash bags can be tied up and placed outside the apartment. Thank you for your help!
