Our home provides invaluable experience and enjoyment of a relaxing vacation, retreat and get-away. Super clean house & we offer complementary house cleaning every 2 weeks. Well trained and behaved pet may be allowed. Host approval required and pet will be counted as an additional guest at $10 / day fee. The space Our house is 15 minutes away from IAD airport, 10 minutes from Reston Metro. With in 2 miles we have lots of grocery stores and restaurants. With in 5 minutes of driving you will find major freeways/highways. It's 30 minutes from worlds best Smithsonian Museums. And 4 huge shopping malls within 20 minutes. This 3000 sq. foot property has 5 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, recreation room, living and family rooms, dining room, Kitchen, breakfast nook, large deck, and a quiet cul-de-sac corner single family home. Plenty of very comfortable sleeping for 12 guests on 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, one twin day bed with 1 twin trundle, and 1 queen futon in the recreation room. Private driveway can accommodate parking for 4 cars. Complementary Keurig coffee and tea for all guests. High speed FIOS Wifi internet with full reception throughout the house, and wireless printer available. Netflix movie subscription, and broadcast channels available on large 65" 4K UHD TV. The basement has additional 55" 4K UHD TV. On site clothes washer and dryer with complementary washing kit. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, toaster oven, 6 quart Instant Pot, Instant pot hot and cold blender and dishwasher. Many types of pots and pans to make delicious meal for your loved ones. 12 place setting dinner set, utensils set, drinking glasses and more. Kids can enjoy air hockey, basket ball hoop in driveway, badminton, playing in the yard, relaxing in the hammock, or playing Nintendo Wii video games. Adults can relax in two extra large Jacuzzi soaking tubs, read a book relaxing on the deck, or exercise on the treadmill, stationary bike, do yoga, or enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood. There is a doorbell security camera at the front door. No other security cameras installed anywhere inside the house. We offer complementary house cleaning every two weeks. During winters, the deck furniture is stored away. Some well trained and behaved pet may be allowed up owner approval and will be counted as additional guest at $10 / day fee.$10 per day per pet. Guest access Entire 3 level house, deck, large surrounding yard are fully for guest enjoyment. The garage is used as storage for the host, and guests do not have access. Guests cars can be parked on the private driveway. Guests can self check in anytime after 4PM, however, I will come to greet guests if you are checking in prior to 9 PM, or the next day. Main entrance has a number lock. Once we accept your booking, I will set the lock code to a 4 digit number of your preference. When checking out, please make sure you have not left any of your personal belongings. Please text me with any last minute changes, or just to let me know you are checking out, so I can send the cleaning crew to prepare for next guests. Other things to note House rules: 1. Have fun, and enjoy your stay. 2. Call us for any assistance. 3. Please take care of the house to keep it looking nice and clean. 4. Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO E-cigarettes, and NO drugs inside, outside on deck, or in yard. This is a 100% Non-smoking property. All people staying at the property must be non-smokers. Any smoking or drug use anywhere on the property inside, outside will incur $2000 fine. 5. Some well trained and behaved pet may be allowed up owner approval and will be counted as additional guest at $10 / day fee. $10 per day per pet. 6. No additional overnight guests permitted. All overnight guests must be registered. 7. Keep noise at respectable level, as not to annoy neighbors. 8. Do not park in or obstruct neighbors' driveways. 9. No bonfires, hot pots, stoves, or grills. 10. Please remove street shoes in the foyer area inside the house. 11. Each room comes with a luggage racks. No bags on sofas, tables, beds or chairs. 12. This is family friendly house, however the house is not child proofed. Please watch your children all the times. 13. Please double check your belongings before check-out. If I need to ship your things, I will charge actual shipping cost and $35 handling fee per shipment. 14. Also please be courteous and leave the property in the same general condition as when you had check in, by making sure dishes are washed and put away, the used towels are put in the washer and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. 15. Ours is extremely clean and detailed house, but it does not come with allergen free linens nor allergen free house filters. Also front and back of house a surveillance camera. There are two stairs for upper floor and basement access. Upper floor bathtubs are high and deep, please be careful during entry and exit of the bathtubs.
