Being on the second floor, it is an ideal place to go out and get some air. It has a mini-split. IMPORTANT: We are environmentally friendly. We ask our guests to use resources responsibly: electricity and the vital liquid: water. Tips. -Report any leaks. -Turn off lights and equipment when the apartment is empty. The space This is a mini apartment where you will find in the same space: kitchen, bathroom and 2 single beds with the option of arranging them as a queen size bed. A space that allows for a relaxed, simple and isolated state. Guest access The common access area is only the interior patio that is in front of the house; right here are the external stairs that lead to the second floor where this mini apartment is located. Other things to note Important note: We are environmentally friendly. Every day we turn on the water heater for the necessary time and then turn it off again. If necessary, the ignition times are coordinated. I do not provide an invoice or tax receipt.
