Wow, wow, wow! Of all the places in Guanajuato, this the THE place to stay! Here is the closest you can get to the middle of the action in without having Guanajuato’s beat-filled nightlife keeping you up all night. (You can still hear it on some nights, but it’s at a manageable distance.) Everything is easily in walking distance, the views are just stunning all day and night, and we hope that you’ll agree that this is one of the top spots in all of the incredible city of Guanajuato!! The space When you're not enjoying all that the city of Guanajuato has to offer, you'll want to be on this home's stunning patio. With a table, umbrella, chairs, and a comfy patio couch, you can sit back and relax or even get some work done with a gorgeous view of the city as your backdrop for creativity and relaxation. Inside, you'll have a great space that includes a newly-installed tile floor, a brand new dining table, brand new reclinable couch, and a small kitchen that is large enough to store all of your needs. The bedroom includes a brand new queen bed as well as a matrimonial bed with a brand new mattress topper. There is also a ton of closet space in the bedroom, too. The bathroom should have everything you need, too, as we have recently installed new shelving for extra space. Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. Guests must walk up stairs to the third floor where the apartment entrance is located. Other things to note WALKING IN GUANAJUATO The city of Guanajuato is somewhat notorious for its steep hillsides and while guests will need to walk uphill to reach the apartment, the walk is comparatively easy because there is an incline and then the path levels off. This happens three times on the short walk to your place, so the leveled off places give you a chance to catch your breath. The good news is that you get a prize for walking up our small hill: amazing views!!!! NOISE IN GUANAJUATO The city of Guanajuato is also known for its nightlife and places to stay right in the middle of the city often have walls that are pounding with the bass of the music all night long. Our place is different, though, because you walked three minutes up that hill and the nightlife music is off in the distance. In short (and barring any neighborhood birthday parties) typically you can hear the music at night, but it shouldn't interfere with the quality and peacefulness of your stay. SAFETY IN GUANAJUATO The city of Guanajuato is one of Mexico's top examples in making visitors feel safe. As in any big city, use common sense throughout your stay, but I would be shocked if any guest felt unsafe during their time in the capital. Additionally, the walkway from the city center to the apartment (passing through Plaza Mexiamora) is very well lit and guests should feel safe coming and going at any time of day or night. I'm sure someone looking for trouble at 3am could find it, but regular people doing regular things should have an amazing and unforgettable visit to the most beautiful city in Mexico. LUGGAGE IN GUANJAUTO There are a few steps going up the path to the apartment and a narrow staircase to get up to the 3rd-floor entrance, so if you would like assistance carry your luggage up to the apartment, please let us know with at least one day of notice and we can help you with this. The cost for such service is $10 USD or $200 MXN and you can pay this amount directly to your greeter who is helping you. CLEAR PRICING: The nightly list price is for up to 2 guests. There is an additional cost if you would like to bring 3 or 4 guests and you can see the difference by adjusting the number of guests in your reservation to see your adjusted cost. This feature helps keep the pricing fair for everyone as groups of 2 don't have to pay the same as a group of 4 would pay; likewise, groups of 4 won't pay the same price as groups of 2 because they will use twice as much laundry, utilities, etc. AND LASTLY...
