Full house on a quiet cul-de-sac. 3 bed, 2 bath, split level, 1500+ sqft house, garage with a Level 2 EV charger, fenced in backyard, deck and propane grill. Dog friendly, but no cats. Easy self check-in with door keycode. We are open to stays of several weeks to a month+. Contact us about rates. $50 additional cleaning fee for dog(s). The space Also includes: Easy access with key code entry; Internet/WiFi; A 46" flat screen TV with a ROKU in the master bedroom; A 42" flat screen TV in the downstairs living room with Cable; Outdoor deck with a patio in the back; charcoal and propane BBQ grills; Walk out basement; Fully fenced in backyard; Washer/dryer; Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash; Finished basement. The house was built in the 1960's and has been updated. All of the interior doors and baseboards have been replaced and the whole house was painted (Spring 2023). New flooring and couch in the downstairs space (Fall 2024). We have GFCI circuit breakers and 3-prong outlets throughout the house. We've also added a Level 2 EV Chargepoint charger in the garage. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves. For parking, you are welcome to use the garage - the code to open the garage door is inside the house in the house manual. Two cars can fit in the driveway and there is also additional street parking available. There is a storage shed in the backyard that you will not have access to. Other things to note While all the basics in the kitchen are provided (i.e. coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots, pans) there are limited staples provided for your convenience. You are welcome to bring whatever food you need to make your stay like home.
