Apartment #5 is a charmingly renovated older building that combines country appeal with modern touches. It features a private entry and a privacy fence for added seclusion. Conveniently located, we are just minutes from Death Valley National Park, mere steps from public lands ideal for outdoor adventures, and within walking distance of downtown Beatty's amenities. The space The unit is small but charming, It has a full kitchen, with basic cooking utensils, and table for 4 but comfortable for 2. the living area has a large comfortable sofa with loveseat and an ottoman to kick-up your feet. There is a 45" flat screen TV, where you can watch Netflix. It is a one bedroom, with a queen size bed, firm foam mattress, with soft clean linen, and pillows. There is a single chair and table in the bedroom for reflection or relaxation. It has a very large closet with plenty of hangers and extra blankets and linen. The bathroom is small but cozy with a single shower unit. It has an front patio, with a large picnic table and umbrella, or you can enjoy the night sky and star gazing with a fireplace, seating for two. The apartment is surrounded by a privacy fence, to provide the secluded romantic ambiance. We are within walking distance to Beatty downtown businesses, and close to Death Valley National Park for outdoor recreation. Guest access Full unit has guest access. However, there is another unit next door, please be mindful of the noise levels, i.e.., TV to loud, especially during evening time. Our goal is to provide a tranquil and pleasant experience during your stay. Other things to note Beatty is 70 miles to the closest grocery store (Pahrump NV) There is a dollar store that has some foods (frozen stuff) but not veggie or fruit. It is limited in selection. Also, Death Valley is 38 miles to the visitor Center. However, the entrance is only 5 miles. There is a vendor who sells Vegetables and fruit from his trailer (set up as a stand), usually he parks by the Dollar store. Sparse selection to choose from. Also, we provide amenities for guests. If anything is mistakenly removed from the premises, such as utensils, pillows ($25.00), or towels ($20.00), you will be charged a fee, so the other guests can have the same as you Please be mindful of other guests on the properties i.e., noise levels, especially during the evenings.
