Located near the L train Grand and Graham stops for easy, 5 minute access to Manhattan, we are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and legendary nightlife. Yours is the main bedroom with a plush Queen size murphy bed, an external hanging closet, and a desk. There is an in-unit washer & dryer, a dishwasher, cookware, and street parking. Next to the Queen room is the King room and I'm upstairs. The space Please note this is a classic Brooklyn "walk-up," aka no elevator ;) So please let me know if you'll need assistance with your luggage in case either myself or my cleaner are available to help. Guest access Kitchen use is limited to simple, quick meals; for lengthier meals please coordinate with me, your host. Take care not to scratch the cookware by using the appropriate wooden or plastic spatulas. Do not use the dishwasher for wooden spatulas, chef's knife, or pots/pans. If you have a live plant in your room, please water 1x weekly. The upstairs loft is absolutely off limits :) During your stay Either me, a friend, or my cleaner will do our best to welcome you upon arrival... From there, I'm as hands-on or hands-off as needed. Please, make yourself at home :) Other things to note Please treat the apartment with love and respect. Also take care not to cause too much noise as you walk up and down to the apartment, especially at night. My neighbors are quite easy going and I'd like to keep it that way ;) Booking a stay of longer than 1 week means that you agree to watering the plants weekly and washing your bed sheets weekly. Don't want to worry about cleaning your room or laundry? Either myself or cleaner will gladly take care of it for a reasonable fee, just let me know!
