In the off-season, the beach is peaceful, less crowded, and perfect for recharging. The home is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay: • Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart • High-speed Wi-Fi and a new work desk in the second bedroom—great for remote work • A Keurig with K-Cups and a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals • Fresh linens, bath towels, and cozy touches throughout • Large TV with Xfinity cable, plus access to your personal streaming services • Battery-powered candles for relaxed porch evenings The main living area features 12-foot ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Central A/C, baseboard heating, and a 1965 fireplace with electric logs make it comfortable year-round. The second bedroom has its own heating and A/C unit for custom comfort. Guests love relaxing at the kitchen bar or unwinding on the spacious screened-in porch—perfect for people-watching or enjoying happy hour. This is not your average rental. We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and chairs—all ready for you to enjoy. Please note: the home is best suited for adult guests only. All guests must be 26 or older with valid ID. No children or pets are permitted. The house has ample pots and pans, bakeware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and more. It includes beach chairs and a beach cart, as well as plenty of beach towels. Coffee is in the kitchen, and both bathrooms have ample towels. All three showers are stocked with shower gel and shampoo. All you need to bring are your personal items.
