We are a group of four apartments located at the entrance of Bahía de Kino, across the street from the beach. This privileged location allows you quick access to the community of Kino Viejo where you can visit the tourist pier and find a variety of handicrafts and restaurants. We're a private group, not a real estate company, so we can offer you personal service on your next vacation. The space It has a pleasant decoration with all the amenities: - The beds accommodate 6 people including children, but please note that the space is limited to 60 m2. It comfortably accommodates 4 people. - 2 small bedrooms with 1 queen size bed each. - 1 full bathroom.  - TV with Dish - 1 sofa bed, breakfast bar and equipped kitchenette. - Wireless Internet. -Air conditioner, -Hot water. - Located on the ground floor in front of the pool. Apartment rules - Check-in 3 pm, check-out 12 pm - Pool hours 8 am to 10 pm Visitors are not allowed. -Use of a bathing suit is required in the pool area, everyday clothes are not allowed - No pets are allowed -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. -Loud music or excessive noise can disturb other guests, so it is forbidden after 10:30 pm in order to maintain peace and quiet. -Leave clean dishes and trash in the container across the street. (If there is excessive dirt, a cleaning fee will be charged). Guest access You can enjoy the pool located in front of the apartment and in front of the parking lot. You can also enjoy a large terrace with barbecues and a spectacular ocean view. Other things to note We are across the street from the beach *The apartments have 24-hour surveillance cameras*.
