Mountain View Getaway

Kick up your feet, relax and take in the stunning mountain views in our spacious, sunlit home. It is recently remodeled, so everything is in great shape. Great for kids but also only a 3 minute walk to 2 breweries, new distillery, and several restaurants. The space The vaulted ceilings, many windows, mountain views, and giant balcony are the reasons we love this place. Curl up next to the gas fireplace and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while the sun rises. Or mix up a tasty cocktail to enjoy while watching the sun set over Byer's Peak in the evening. It is 2 stories and at buts up to a large open space with undisturbed views of Byers Peak (12,804'). The master bedroom has a connected bathroom and glass sliding doors leading out to a nice back patio. The guest room has a double bunk on the bottom and single on top. The open floor plan makes the kitchen, dining, and living rooms feel huge. We have a queen sized, double thick, air mattress available too if you have a few more guests. As for location, it is located a few hundred feet the public library, 3 blocks from a great mountain bar (The Crooked Creek), distillery (Fraser Stills), and winery (Winter Park Winery). The shuttle route and the Amtrak station is 3 blocks too. Kids: We use the guest room for our 6 month old, as it can get dark and quite during the day for nap time. We have provided a pack n' play for guests to use as we know how clunky they can be to travel with. We also have a baby gate for the stairs, but be sure to watch the kiddos anyway just in case. Finally, we have a travel high chair, kids potty seat, and humidifier available. Short-Term Rental License Number: 002750 Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourselves (we live down in Denver). No need to worry about arriving late or passing off a key amongst guests, the front door uses a key code (which we'll send you in advance of your stay). The parking spaces are 10 feet from the front door to make loading and unloading stress free. Other things to note We love our mountain home and know you will too!
