Mountain hacienda in the heart of extreme sports. International routes such as matacanes, hydrophobia, chipitin waterfall and Rumorosa are steps away to venture. The area offers an incredible atmosphere of peace and very beautiful landscapes for hiking among pines, rivers, waterfalls and caves. It is a magical place that thousands of people from all countries have visited, and we have decided to share the hacienda with people who love nature and want to escape to paradise. The space The property is in the ejido of Potrero Redondo, an hour and thirty minutes from the municipality of Santiago Nuevo León. You need an off-road vehicle, preferably 4x4 or allweeldrive to get there since for an hour and twenty minutes the road is dirt and difficult to drive in the mountains. It is always HIGHLY recommended to leave Monterrey early in the morning, calculating a two-hour journey to enjoy the Hacienda. Bedrooms.- The first floor has 8 bedrooms for 32 people with 8.5 Bathrooms. Each room has two bunk beds and can accommodate four people. We have sleeping bags for each person and each bed has its respective sheets, pillows, etc. Each room has a full bathroom. (People usually bring their sleeping bag, but they don't use it since the property has a very nice climate year-round. On the second floor we have 3 more bedrooms, they are larger than those on the first floor, each has 3 bunk beds with a full bathroom in each room. So you could accommodate 18 more people. The total number of beds is for 50 people. Kitchen.- The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stereo, purified water dispenser, molcajetero, chopping boards, cutlery and complete crockery, everything you need to cook. The dining room is for 18 people and you have an extra counter bar with high benches to seat 8 more people. There are usually spices such as salt, pepper, oil, maggi, etc. The kitchen has a gas stove, charcoal stove and firewood. The property has many common areas: 1. Terrace for 30 people, with charcoal grill, surrounded by red oaks that protect you with their shade. 2. Tepanyaki for 16 people, with a gas grill to cook in front of guests, and surrounded by nature. 3. Gas grill on the second floor, to have dinner among the most important murals in the history of the world. 4. Terrace Bar 360 on the third floor, with hammocks, wood heaters and sunbathing to have an unforgettable party on the roof garden with the mural of Diego Rivera that catapulted him to the top of the muralists. 5. Open Terrace. It is an open 80 m2 space that guests use to do Yoga, heat, or talks on different topics. 6. Gym. Full gym for 8 people simultaneously. Exercise your body before venturing into Mexico's most important canyons. 7. Multipurpose Gallery. Surrounded by murals, this room is used by guests to have meetings or talks. Some companies have used it to conduct strategic planning courses as well as Integration. Others have just turned on the Karaoke and opened a bottle of their choice for the party. 8. Movie Theater. From entertaining the children with a series or movie, to... returning to the Hacienda after a day of adventures to show the family the crazy things they did during the day. 9. Sky lounge. Fire pit. A space dedicated to romantics who like to watch the stars, sing under the moon, or smoke a good cigar. 10. Pond. A small artificial pond that serves to meditate, observe, relax before a small waterfall that lulls your accumulated stress. 11. Bike/motorcycle track. It is a one-kilometer circuit that can entertain you for a while, this road between pines and trees keeps you distracted with the desire not to get tired of its beauty. 12. Camping area in the more than 30 thousand meters that are very safe. Set up your tent, light a campfire and tell lies that these adventures are never forgotten. The area has an attached cabin with bathroom. It's five minutes away from the Hacienda. 13. Artificial climbing wall, 15-meter clean wall for rock climbing and rappelling. If you like to hit the danger, you have this option to practice with your team of friends before going down the matacanes. You only need to bring your ropes, harness, descent equipment and helmets. And hands on the rope. 14. Pool. A dip is always welcome and what better than cold spring water to wake up. Loaded with minerals, this water will revitalize you after a hike to the Cerro de la Cebolla or a visit to the Chipitin waterfall. After a walk, this option is for you. Two wood heaters. Two bathrooms. Large bar for 14 people. Sunny panoramic view for 8 people. Guest access The spaces will be shown to you by a person who lives in the area who will be attentive if you need anything. Other things to note Extreme sports are a serious thing, I recommend hiring certified guides if you want to do a tour.
