The top floor features 3 separate bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a shared full bathroom. The ground floor of the house offers a spacious living/sitting area, a spacious den with two twin beds, dining room, full bathroom, a generous family/entertainment room which features a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment system with cable and a flat screen tv, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The family room features french doors opening up to the pool deck and backyard amenities including lounge chairs, charcoal grill and outdoor hot/cold shower. The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, including City Place, The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The Periwinkle's convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead. Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation. House Rules: Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property. Same-Day Bookings: Same day reservations made for this property are on request only. Pool Heat: Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day.
