Have a seat in the outdoor entertainment area, or sit under the palmetto tree and enjoy the pond (with water hyacinths, water lilies, fish and a resident frog). Listen to the breeze whisper through the bamboo in the meditation garden. Have a cookout on the grill. Use the walking path and enjoy nature. Here you have the convenience of being in town with the peace and quiet that comes with one acre. There are 6 AirBNB units on this property. You have access to a full eat-in kitchen (I take cooking very seriously), and complimentary laundry with a jumbo high efficiency washing machine and regular sized dryer. There is an enclosed courtyard so pets can play safely, a roomy outdoor kennel, a roofed-in outdoor bar and lounge area, a meditation garden and a walking path. I live on the premises, and can be available by phone call or text if needed. Some guests like to keep to themselves and some like to socialize with other guests. I’m fine with both scenarios. This is a quiet neighborhood which is walking distance (4 blocks) from the town center. There you will find 2 restaurants (one serving Chinese fare and one serving American), the county library, 2 banks, the post office, a Hardees fast food restaurant and a dollar store. Just 2 blocks farther is a grocery store, liquor store and another dollar store. If you drove, you have your own private parking space. There is a delivery service that can bring you anything you need from nearby Orangeburg. There is an older terrier who lives here permanently, together with a small rescue cat. He is a gentle soul who gets along well with children, adults, other dogs and cats. I practice massage on the premises; be sure to book a session while you are here!
