The space This is a single-story ranch home — no stairs anywhere. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a comfortable, well-maintained layout. Bedroom 1: King bed with Nectar memory foam mattress Bedroom 2: Queen bed with Nectar memory foam mattress Bedroom 3: Daybed (works as a twin or queen) Bedroom 4: King bed with Nectar memory foam mattress All beds have 680-thread-count Kirkland Pima cotton sheets. Guests consistently rave about the sleep quality. The kitchen is fully stocked: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, spices, and all the cooking basics. There's a dining area inside plus outdoor dining furniture. Living room has a Smart TV with cable, a sound system, and a record player. There's also a dedicated office space with a desk chair for anyone working remotely. The backyard is the real highlight — a large fenced yard with fruit trees, a vegetable garden (help yourself during your stay), hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining. Great for dogs and kids. Guest access Full access to the entire home, backyard, and hot tub. Keyless entry so you can check in on your own schedule. Driveway and RV driveway parking available — please don't park on the street. The garage is used for owner storage and stays locked. Other things to note We do not do early check ins or late checkouts as they conflict with the housekeeper's schedule. We charge a one-time pet fee of $100 per pet. We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and facing each driveway. There are no cameras in the house or backyard for your privacy. No extra guests. Please tell us how many guests you will have. If you have extra guests in the home that you do not tell us about there will be $25 fee per guest over the number you said. This includes guests that are not staying the night. This is to prevent parties. We have Minut noise monitoring. Minut is 100% privacy compliant, camera-free, and is required on this property. There are motion sensor cameras installed on the exterior of the property for security of the home and to help prevent parties and extra guests. If you have a party we will ask you to leave our home for breaking the rules.
