Heritage Estate Penthouse steps to Lake Simcoe

Welcome to Glen Ormond Estate. Built in 1895, this historical gem is located on a 1/3 acre and is only steps from the lake and bike path and 1.5 km to downtown. Guests will stay on the third floor with a private entrance. The suite has a kitchenette, full bathroom, two bedrooms and full living room and has beautiful views of Kempenfelt Bay. Parking is provided onsite. The space Our space is a mix of history with modern amenities. Built in 1895 our home was a summer home for an American lumber baron. Only steps to a wonderful lake side walking trail, a kilometre to Johnson's beach and 1.5 kilometres to downtown which has dozens of unique restaurants. The guests have the entire 3rd floor which has 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchenette. WiFi is provided and parking is on site. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3rd floor of the home. Other things to note 1. There is no stove 2. There are 2 flights of stairs to the unit 3. The unit is above where we live and sound can carry due to the age of the house. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. 4.
