The space More about the space and property: This boutique inn is located on a one acre property on the forested side of Highway 1. You can hear the waves crash and the sea lions bark, but view of the water is filtered through the trees. There is a shared hot tub available to all 6 rooms, but by signing up for a 1 hour slot you will enjoy complete privacy. To navigate the rustic pathways, we encourage you to bring appropriate footwear when heading to the hot tub. Enjoy our lounge with local art, games, puzzles, and activity resources. Enjoy sunny days or clear nights in the star meadow with gazebo and Adirondack chairs. The fireplace in the room is wood burning, but only duraflame-style logs are allowed. One will be provided for you, others you may bring yourself or purchase from us. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, two burner stove top, coffee maker, basic dishware/pots/pans, and olive oil/salt/pepper. To accommodate 3 or more guests, the chairs in front of the fireplace will be folded out into twin cots. CHILDREN: ​Our property is not suitable for children under 12. Rooms are not child proofed and contain breakable décor. We strive to provide a retreat-like experience for mental relaxation and romantic getaways. If you decide to bring young guests, we expect you to maintain our quiet ambiance for the enjoyment of all. SERVICE ANIMALS/PETS: Service animals are defined by the ADA as highly trained animals that perform a specific duty. Service animals are WORKING animals and behave as such. Emotional support animals (ESA’s) are not included as ADA service animals. While ESA’s are welcome, they must be in pet friendly rooms and are subject to the pet fee. This is in compliance with California Lodging laws. The pet fee is $25/night per pet. AIRBNB DOES NOT ALLOW US TO ADD A PET FEE PER NIGHT, THEREFORE WE ARE UNABLE TO INCLUDE PET FEES IN THE LISTING PRICE. PET FEES OF $25/NIGHT/PET WILL BE REQUESTED AFTER BOOKING AND BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on furniture—you provide all bedding necessary to keep your pet comfortable. Pets may not be left alone in the room for any length of time. Dogs must be on leash AT ALL TIMES except for in the room and on your private deck. Dogs must be at least 2 years old and fully house trained. Failure to comply with these rules, along with damage to the room or excessive noise may be subject to financial penalty. EV CHARGERS: EV charging is not currently available for this room. Book rooms 5 (Southwind) or 6 (Evergreen) to access charging station. We apologize, but rooms 5 & 6 are not pet friendly. Guest access Redwood Lounge, Star Meadow, hot tub.
