There is a queen-sized bed in the master with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment and private attached bathroom with walk in shower. There are bunk beds in the guest bedroom with a full size on bottom and twin up top with a large flat screen TV, too. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for any additional family members. You will stay connected with WIFI throughout the condo and a flat screen smart TV in the living room to watch movies or your favorite shows. This beach retreat is complete with all the amenities to enjoy home cooked meals with a full kitchen, newer appliances, a dining room table, bar stool seating, and a spacious open floor plan, so you can enjoy a beachfront view from the kitchen, dining area, and living room! Take strolls along the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, watch amazing sunsets over the Gulf from your beachfront balcony, and watch the dolphins play all day. Enjoy the heated beachfront pool and grill your fresh catch and burgers out on the community barbeque grill. We provide towels and linens and even some beach towels. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town that boosts some fantastic restaurants within walking distance from your condo or jump on the Suncoast Trolly right outside the complex for a quick ride up and down the beach without having to drive allowing you to relax and enjoy the views. You will be able to enjoy wave runners, parasailing, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. and don't forget to stop by Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach for the nightly sunset celebrations and outdoor movies on the weekend. There are several golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, arcades shops, and water excursions. Rent boats, paddles boards, scooters on Indian Rocks Beach, or head to the waterpark just a few minutes away - so much to do you won't to go home! Guest access A week before your vacation starts we supply you with check in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes use of BBQ grill area, one assigned parking spot under the building, heated beachfront pool, and private beach entrance! Other things to note ****Please note: this unit sleeps 6 people total, this number includes all Adults, Children, and Infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** This condo is located on the third floor (the first floor is the garage). There are four floors total, so there is one condo above it and only one condo next to it on the right side. Your private elevator can only be opened to your balcony by you, with a key we provide you. You will have to walk up the stairs first to get the key in the unit, but after that are able to use the elevator freely. The condo is stocked with towels and linens, plus beach towels for your stay, and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags.
