IMPORTANT NOTICE BECAUSE OF HURRICANE DORIAN: Dorian hit the northern Islands of the Bahamas (Abaco, Grand Bahama). Our prayers are with the people on these islands! New Providence / Nassau had no impact and we only got wind with ~ 30mph and some waves at the beach but nothing that causes any damages etc. Please note, the Bahamas have more than 700 islands and only the northern islands got hit by the hurricane! Our property has no damage of any kind, new providence is safe!!! The space 1st Floor: - Fully Equipped Kitchen with Breakfast bar - Living Room with Dining Area - 1 Full Bathroom - 1 Bedroom with two full beds (Pool View) 2nd Floor: - Master Bedroom with King size Bed and attached Full Bathroom (Oceanview) - 1 Bedroom with King size Bed (Oceanview) - 1 Bedroom with King size Bed (Backyard view) Guest access Our Guests have access to this small private gated community called “Northwinds” - located right on the Orange Hill Beach. - Laundry Room with washer and dryer in the Backyard - Driveway on the east side of the Property - Private Entrance trough the Backyard or Patio Area - Parking Lots in front of the Property (free) - Pool Outdoor Area with Bluetooth Sound System - Water Filter and Ice Maker in the Kitchen - TV in the Living room with up to 500 Channels - Beach across the street (West Bay St) - Orange Hill Beach Other things to note Please note, we are a vacation home and love our houses. We treat them with great respect and always try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. But we can not offer the full service you may expect in a hotel. If you are looking for private space and enjoy the Caribbean Sun and Beaches - taste the Island way of living, this is your spot! - Smoking is not allowed inside the House - You are welcome to smoke outside with doors closed. - Usually, we can not accept pets inside the house (even if we like them). In case you have a dog traveling with you, please contact us. We will consider all requests. Please notice: A $250 refundable deposit will be charged during the online check-in or by the check-in at the property, Credit Card is mandatory.
