Great villa located in a gated beach community. Seabrook Island is in close proximity to the charming historic city of Charleston. The villa is newly rebuilt with all new appliances and furniture. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Villa has private screened porch with marsh view. Wildlife views are abundant. Great recreation for everyone in the family to enjoy. The villa community has a pool and access to nature trails and bike trails all over the island. Seabrook Island is a quaint coastal gem. The island is a gated community, careful to preserve wildlife and natural habitats. The island has plenty of space for biking, walking, basketball, swimming, kayaking, wildlife viewing, and lots of community events. Our condo overlooks a tidal marsh, great for lazy days of wildlife viewing. It is also close to tennis courts and club for more active guests. The beach is about 1.5 miles from the condo, with parking, or great for a bike ride. The entire condo is for guests and is not shared by anyone other than the renters. Private bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. My home residence is about 20 minutes away and I can usually be available if needed. We are often on the island. Our neighborhood is quiet. It is on the tidal marsh and racquet club area of the island. Deer and wetland wildlife (egrets, pelicans, oysters, crabs) are abundant. A trail next to the creek allows for a peaceful walk and exploration. There is no public transportation close to Seabrook. Driving a car to and around the island is the easiest access. Once on the island, bikes are a common method of transportation and can be rented by local companies. Our condo includes a neighborhood pool with free access. The Seabrook Island Club also has an inside and outside pool at the Lake House club and two outdoor pools near the beach at the Pelican's Nest (only open in summer). Club access is not included with rental however can be purchased from the club for $25 day/ $150 week.
