Large and comfortable home great for children and musicians with lots of areas to play and make music. Great location close to Washington and LaPrell parks, along with East Campus sports and restaurants. Nice backyard for barbecues with 2-3 person hot tub. This is a cozy, charming house that's been getting lots of updates (new kitchen, new carpet in the basement, new paint). Great stay for UW events! On call, ready to make your stay as good as possible! LaPrell Park is at the end of the alley with Huck Finn Fishing pond, a playground, and a great Frisbee golf course. Coal Creek Uptown is a couple blocks away for a great morning coffee, as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Uber/Lift are available, but the house is a short walk to campus for sporting events.
