Additionally, there is a private RV unit located in the courtyard, offering a unique, self-contained living space separate from the main units. Each space ensures privacy and comfort while allowing guests to enjoy their own quiet retreat. 🧺 Shared Laundry Area: The laundry area is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Please note that this space is shared with other guests and is available for use every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 🕘🕕. Kindly plan your laundry within these hours for your convenience. 🔊 Potential Noise Considerations: Since the property features several independent units, you may hear occasional noise from neighbors. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We love welcoming pets! If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out ✔️ Check-in: 4:00 PM ✔️ Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out may result in additional fees.) 🔒 Home Security & Care ✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them. 🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. 🦟 Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. 📸 Security Camera A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. 🐶 Pet Policy We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance. ✔️ House-trained & non-aggressive dogs only ✔️ Crate required if left alone indoors ✔️ Leash required when outside ✔️ No pets on furniture – Please bring your pet’s bedding ✔️ Clean up after your pets both indoors & outdoors 🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance ✔️ We follow a rigorous cleaning & disinfection process after every stay to ensure a spotless, safe environment. ✔️ Florida is home to diverse wildlife & insects.
