Close to the Val-St-Côme summit, our large condo will delight families. Please note that we do not accept large groups of adults (maximum 6 adults). Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and other winter activities are available. Would you prefer to come in autumn to admire the colors? Hiking, 4-wheeling, hunting or fishing? It's also pleasant. Also pleasant in summer to enjoy the water, the mountain and the forest. The space Our home is warm, organized and comfortable. The huge fully equipped kitchen will meet all needs. The bathrooms are spacious and one of them includes a multi-jet shower and whirlpool bath. The ultimate luxury! Upstairs, the condo has four cozy bedrooms with plenty of storage space. On the ground floor, a very versatile fifth room can be used as a bedroom, game room or movie room. We also have an extra mattress that can easily be added to one of the bedrooms. Once you're at the Shadow, you don't want to leave! Guest access In summer and fall, you have access to a private terrace with a BBQ, a patio set and a swing. You also have access to a fire pit on site. You also have access to a wild lake located within a few minutes' walk. It is possible to navigate by canoe/kayak (not provided) and to swim there (unfurnished). Other things to note - Val Saint-Côme Ski Resort 900 m away - Snowmobile, quad, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails directly in Saint-Côme, less than 15 minutes for most departures. - Hiking trails and other outdoor activities on the trails of the various Matawinie parks - Mont-Tremblant National Park, L'Assomption sector 20 minutes away - Parc de la forêt Ouareau, suspension bridge area 12 minutes away - Beach in Sainte-Émilie 15 minutes away Pets are not allowed at the Shadow. ARTICLE 14.1: PROHIBITION OF USING FIREWORKS It is forbidden for the rental sponsor or any occupant to use fireworks, at any time. ARTICLE 15: END TIME OF OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES At all times, occupants of a tourist residence must cease all outdoor activities that may generate noise from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the next morning. ARTICLE 16: CAMPING, CARAVANS, TENT-TRAILERS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL VEHICLES It is strictly forbidden, when renting a tourist residence on the territory of Saint-Côme, to install one or more tents, caravans, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles on the rented land, or any other land nearby. It is also prohibited to use ancillary buildings for accommodation purposes. ARTICLE 17: WATER ACTIVITIES AND WATERCRAFT It is forbidden for any occupant or rental respondent to launch, on all the bodies of water of the Municipality of Saint-Côme, their boat, rowboat, canoe, kayak, pontoon or any other personal, rented or borrowed watercraft, with the exception of watercraft provided by the landlord.
