We are located approx. 4,5 miles North of Buffalo on Rock Creek. We own 20 acres and run a fishing camp in the summer months in the Bighorn Mountains. We have about 25 horses on the pasture right in front of the 12x14 wall tent. The tent is built on a platform with space to enjoy the pasture views. Families traveling with kids can experience a teepee tent with cots and pads right in front of the tent. Charcoal grill on site as well as a sun shower and toilet (bucket seat). Private home with horses directly in front of your tent. Snazzy tent setting tucked in and under the cottonwood trees where the wild turkeys roost! Only a few minutes to downtown Buffalo but yet in the country. If bugs, spiders, mosquitos, miller moths or box elder bugs are a problem, pls do not book the tent! Around the tent, driveway, our pasture. Just to remind everybody that there will be bugs, boxelder bugs and miller moths depending on the time of the year. This particular tent is closer to our house. We make sure when guests staying, we strictly use the other side of the house. I can be reached over the phone during the day and come meet and greet within 10-15min. Our neighborhood is all private property. pls keep in mind the tents are not totally remote. Our guests are able to park right next to the tent. Since we are located in rural Wyoming there is no public transportation. Most folks arrive with their own vehicle. Absolutely no fire, non-smoking! Extremely dry conditions July-August! In the summer months we are dealing with several types of bugs. Box elder, Miller moths and mosquitos etc. If you have issues with bugs on general, please don't book these tents. We are working hard to remove them but we have to be also careful because of clients dogs.
