Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 5 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this. The space Outside: The entire front yard has been completely re-landscaped. There are different areas with different elevations. Please be careful if you are coming with babies or toddlers. The drop offs are not far but there is no railing surrounding the deck. Use at your own risk Beautiful pathways lead you to a large deck for dining, a grilling station, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and grab your ocean accessories. This home has all the comforts that you need to relax, work and play! A 75" screen and 3 lightning fast wifi units among the many media and tech perks. Perfect for a group of friends or family (with kids!), why stay in a hotel or condo when you can be just as close to the beach with a huge outdoor living area, massive TV, and 6 person poker/dining table at your fingertips. With a queen, two twins, and a Millard tri-fold twin mattress in the master closet you can comfortably sleep five here. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home with the exception of the addition which will remain locked. We ask that guests keep the front door closed to keep the air cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Regarding Beach Chairs: We wish we could provide these but we honestly wouldn't make any money if we did. There is a outdoor pool storage unit next to the outdoor shower in which you may find boogie boards, umbrellas etc., and you are welcome to use anything here. If you decide to buy beach chairs and would like to leave them there are hooks on the inside of the fence for them to hang on. The house comes equipped with everything you will need: towels, linens, pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker and coffee, 2 wifi units, USB Chargers (2 in Master, 2 in Living) a poker/craps/roulette table with 400 piece poker chip set, TCL 75" TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney Plus, and HBO Max. Other things to note - There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The closet in the master bedroom has a twin sized fold-up mattress. The couch in the living room is oversized and very comfortable. Sleeping on it is permitted, however we ask that you take care and use sheets to cover the upholstery . - The layout of the home and the outdoor living area lends itself to a family vacation, however the home is not truly 'child-proof'. Be extra cautious and aware of sharp edges, and furniture & electronics, which could topple over if pulled.
