Access to the home is not limited, you will have a key. There is only me with occasional renter in the other room in a 4 bedroom house, plenty of room and privacy for guests. I am a happy, friendly and quiet person. For long term, no more than one occupant. Short term, 2 occupants can be accommodated. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood in Northwest Reno, minutes from downtown and the Truckee River is right down the street. Beautiful, large park and nice walking trail through the neighborhood available to you. Bus stops nearby, cab rides are prob nothing to downtown. Guest access Pretty much whatever you need, we will make it work. During your stay As much or as little as you like Other things to note *The sweet baby has since passed 😭 My dog is not male aggressive. 90% or more of my guests are male. The guy who wrote that review snuck a dog in my house while I was gone for the weekend, which did not go well. So he had to get out of his reservation and move. That review was his solution to gettingout of his booking.
