The Cozy Place

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The backyard has a 15' trampoline and swing. This house is quiet and comfortable. Guests will enjoy the heated bathroom floor with oversized bath and shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, crockpot, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Guests will have free access to a washer and drier. All TVs have basic cable. Pets are allowed for a $3.00 per stay fee. There is plenty of space to park large vehicles, but we do recommend parking them in the street, not in the driveway. Guests will have access to all parts of the house, to include kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Guests will also have access to the front and back yards of the house. There is parking on the property and on the street. If guests need anything at all during their stay, we are just down the street to assist them. This is a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-80. There is a park only a block away, and lots of wildlife, to include deer and squirrels and owls. Rawlins is a small town easily navigated by car. I have added some great places to dine and visit in the guidebook! Pets are allowed. If you need a check in time before 4 pm, please request it. We will do our best to make it happen! Internet speed has been upgraded to highspeed. Over 400 Mbps dowload speed and 22 Mbps upload speed. Great for working remotely.
